- WhatsApp and email: the data you choose to send when talking to us.
- Browsing: the server records technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and error diagnosis.
How we use it
- To reply to your message and send proposals you asked for.
- To keep the website secure and running.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data and we do not send marketing without your consent.
Legal basis
Consent, when you submit the form after ticking the consent box; pre-contractual steps, when you ask for a proposal; and legitimate interest, for website security.
Who we share it with
The form is delivered by email through the FormSubmit service; the website is hosted by HostGator; cryptocurrency prices are loaded from the public CoinGecko API directly by your browser. These providers only receive what they need to provide their service.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept while there is an ongoing conversation or business relationship and for up to 5 years afterwards, to meet legal obligations. Server technical logs are deleted periodically.
Your rights
You may at any time ask for confirmation, access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, and withdraw your consent. Just write to contato@simplificadev.com.br. You may also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
Cookies
The public website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The admin panel uses a session cookie only for people who log in.
